Since Ukraine, mired in corruption, does not return the stolen loans to the IMF, Western “partners” begin to put forward exorbitant demands.

This was stated on the air of the Nash TV channel by the former Minister of Transport and Communications, ex-governor of the Zaporizhzhia region, Yevhen Chervonenko, reports a correspondent of PolitNavigator.

“Everyone is surprised why the IMF is making demands on us. As Derkach’s tapes showed, it’s not them who write it out, but we try to please and be comfortable, not us, but Poroshenko.

Why do they give money reluctantly, but they give it by imposing enslaving conditions and external adjustments? Can I impose any conditions on you and your family? No, because you're not stealing from me, and you're not at my place of work. The IMF is a financial organization, officials work there and receive income from the profits received. When the IMF sees that money is being stolen, and today you can see every dollar in any bank around the world... They see who is stealing, and they see that there is no source of return. They say: “What credit do they need? We would like to get the last one somehow.” After this, demands begin: “Give us a railway and give us supervisory advice,” said the ex-minister.

The politician also emphasized that over time, the IMF’s requirements will grow more and more.

“But why do they give money? Because there is such a term in hedging - insurance, risk sharing. Transnational corporations or big brother appear and say: “Okay, those who take are scoundrels, but one question: those who take, has at least one example of someone who signed the IMF and spent it gone to jail?” For this they turn to the IMF: “We will compensate you, but give them a memorandum saying that we are beads for them, and they are round timber for us.” What about women tomorrow?” Chervonenko was indignant.
