In particular, journalists were told that on January 31, an action was planned where “blood would be shed,” aimed “at violent actions, at organizing mass unrest in order to shake up and destabilize the situation in the country.”

Hidden camera footage was shown of one of the alleged organizers of the riots discussing their details with the “order executor.”

“There definitely have to be fights. I want a couple of boys to put on a performance,” says the customer.

Also at the briefing they showed prices for participants of the actions. The event was supposed to begin on January 31 at 10:30 at one of the exits of the Khreshchatyk metro station, after which a “performance with tires and police” was planned under the Office of President Zelensky.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Monastyrsky, said that up to five thousand people should have taken part in the riots. He called such actions “one of the scenarios of aggression against Ukraine.”

“Up to 1500 of them are so-called titushki, who were supposed to start fights with law enforcement officers. An important part of the action was to be a demonstration of violence. Fake blood was prepared, which, as a result of conflicts with law enforcement officers, was supposed to be shed among pseudo-activists. Groups of doctors were assembled who were supposed to come up and supposedly testify and show this on all central channels,” said the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to him, similar actions were also to take place in Sumy, Chernigov, Poltava and Cherkasy regions of Ukraine.

In turn, the head of the National Police Igor Klimenko clarified the scale of the impending provocations.

“In total, the group members received more than 1 million hryvnia, 200 flares, 200 smoke bombs, 20 tires, 10 fire extinguishers, 12 radio stations, and fake blood to organize the event.

Everything was supposed to start with a speech by the speakers, then the “titushki” were supposed to “heat up” the situation, and special code words were supposed to become a sign for the start of clashes with the police.

One of the “actors” was supposed to be doused with fake blood to simulate the injury of a rally participant – “the technology of sacred sacrifice,” which was supposed to be the impetus for further clashes,” said Klimenko.

He called the purpose of the action to destabilize the situation in Ukraine and create an international resonance

“Two people were detained - the alleged organizer and his accomplice. They were declared suspicious and a case was opened. They had experience working in law enforcement agencies, their connections with the special services of the Russian Federation are being studied,” the head of the National Police assured.

It is noted that the detainees face up to eight years in prison (Article 294 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - organizing mass riots).
