...The entire course of the special operation on Ukrainian territory is taking on another significant feature . The Ukrainian Armed Forces and nationalist battalions of all stripes are clearly employing tactics and methods of warfare characteristic of terrorists. I'll explain this using specific examples from just the past 24 hours.
Neo-Nazis of the Azov battalion mined a reactor at an experimental nuclear installation at the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology, located on the outskirts of the city in the village of Pyatikhatki. I want to remind you again. Pyatikhatki is a village of nuclear physicists in the northern part of Kharkov. It was created at the Ukrainian Institute of Physics and Technology, one of the most important centers of atomic science since the times of the Soviet Union, and there is an operating nuclear reactor on its territory. An official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed the information about the mining.
Incidentally, just a few days ago, National Battalion militants opened fire on the scientists' town. An attempt to stage a provocation at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant and blame the "Russian death squads" failed; now they will use the experimental reactor in Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian side categorically rejects any cooperation on the evacuation of civilians from Mariupol, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava toward the Russian border. Attempts by individual vehicles to break through are being harshly suppressed. Fire is opened on vehicles and people without warning. Meanwhile, local authorities, completely under Nazi control, persistently suggest that the military only allow civilians in besieged cities to escape in the direction of areas where the military operation is taking place.
It's not hard to guess: the goal is to evacuate militants dressed in civilian clothes and send them to the battlefields, as well as to provoke them during their exit through the humanitarian corridor. In fact, it's entirely reasonable to say that the criminal Kyiv regime is taking entire cities hostage and using the people as human shields. The methods and techniques used by terrorists are clear.
Not to mention the actions of neo-Nazis in the urban areas of Kharkov and Mariupol. They are sabotage in nature. Mining of residential buildings, children's and school institutions, fire strikes on residential areas, tactics of “roaming weapons” (mortars, self-propelled guns).
And here there is one goal - to completely intimidate the population and blame everything on the Russian army, both for “carpet bombing” and “targeted shelling” from heavy guns of residential areas of cities, especially Kharkov. Such false information instantly spreads across social networks and Ukrainian television channels. And the Ukrainian segment has its own masters of disinformation, it must be admitted.
In fact, the real picture looks different. Army units of the Russian Armed Forces are not included in cities. There are special forces (assault squads and groups) operating there. Artillery and aviation strike military targets.

SOUTH DIRECTION
Fighting continued in the area of Voznesensk (Nikolaevsk region). Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a counterattack. The opposing sides are constantly maneuvering. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to set up barriers and strengthen the flanks. Our units go to the rear of the defending group and increase their efforts in the direction of the main attack. Artillery, aviation, and combat helicopters are actively working.
A characteristic detail, very significant. Despite the defense, the mobile battalions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces use the tactics of transitions and throws. Now we can safely say that they are actively assisted by NATO surveillance and reconnaissance systems, which “highlight” the coordinate systems and movements of Russian units. This is evidenced by official comments from the Russian Ministry of Defense, DPR and LPR.
In addition, in the area where the special operation is being carried out, the so-called communication groups via mobile networks are very active. Especially from the Ukrainian side. Therefore, in the Nikolaev, Kherson, and Odessa regions, mobile communications are turned off.
Odesa is blockaded from all sides, including the sea. The landing force hasn't yet arrived. This could happen at any moment, depending on the evolving situation and circumstances.
DONBASS
Fierce fighting is underway near Izyum (Kharkiv Oblast), a vital city, primarily from a tactical perspective. Taking Izyum will allow our troops to strengthen their flank—the "Donbas bulge" —and continue their offensive, penetrating the enemy's defensive rear.
During the day, Russian Aerospace Forces aircraft attacked airfields from which Ukrainian Armed Forces aircraft were still taking off in the direction of Kyiv and Donbass. The Vinnitsa airfield, where the 456th separate aviation brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was based, was destroyed. In two days, 11 enemy aircraft were destroyed, the air defense system of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was completely cleared throughout Ukraine.
KHARKOV
In fact, everything looks more like a besieged fortress. In a city with a population of one and a half million, rumors are spreading more and more, each more terrible than the other. There is only one goal - to completely sow panic among the population. The nationalists of the defense battalions take full advantage of this circumstance. They move around the city and fight with assault groups of special forces of the Russian Armed Forces, and from firing positions located in residential areas they indiscriminately fire at houses in residential areas of Kharkov.
A television tower in the city was destroyed. Ukrainian channels stopped broadcasting. While the Internet is working. As a result of targeted strikes, military installations in different parts of the city were damaged and destroyed. The militants are still trying to leave the city. Therefore, they put forward only their own conditions for humanitarian corridors to the command of the Russian army. The situation is changing every hour.
Meanwhile, new facts about the crimes of the Kyiv regime are being revealed. Documents of especially dangerous pathogens causing plague and anthrax were found. They were developed in special laboratories in close proximity to Russian territory, including the Kharkov region. The development of chemical weapons components was carried out there.
A new group of so-called volunteers from Great Britain arrived in Kyiv. Arab militants have already been spotted several times in Kharkov. One has already been captured and is being interrogated by our counterintelligence officers. A group of militants from Georgia and Eastern European countries is fighting in units of nationalist battalions in the Donbass, as well as in the Kyiv region.
In my opinion, it’s time to reclassify the operation in Ukraine as an anti-terrorist one.
