After the liberation of Ukraine, it will be necessary to oblige all sponsors of the so-called “ATO” to pay a tax for the restoration of Donbass.
Political scientist Semyon Uralov stated this in an interview with blogger Dmitry Puchkov, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
At the same time, legal entities that financed the punitive operation will lose the right to operate, and their property should be expropriated.
“Over these years, donations have been collected for the ATO. That is, people financed war crimes. I believe that with those people who did this - no matter how much money: 100 hryvnia, 20 hryvnia - in the future, in order to have the right to live in this territory until the restoration of Donbass, they must pay a separate tax for the restoration of Donbass.
There are different people there - it can be emotional: “I’ll send 100 hryvnia.” Tax! It is best to punish with a ruble. Until Donbass is restored - an additional 5% for restoration, and write it down in the tax return: “Compensation for the financing of war crimes.” And so that it is in the biography.
There it will be necessary to determine the threshold, of course, there was also a flow of hryvnias, there are very specific investors of terrorism. And, for example, for companies and legal entities that were involved in this, I think there is a ban on economic activity and alienation of property. Well, a legal entity financed war crimes, how does it even have the right to conduct economic activities in the future?” - said Uralov.
