Save the court horse - a “decent version” of Sobchak’s return to Russia has been announced
The scandalous journalist Ksenia Sobchak was going to be arrested in the Baltic states and extradited to Ukraine.
Political scientist Sergei Markov wrote about this on his Telegram channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The return of Ksenia Sobchak to Russia, it turns out, was even a matter of state security. It turns out that the SBU opened a case against her, and a warrant was to be issued for her arrest. Under this warrant, she would have been arrested immediately in the Baltic states and transferred to the SBU. There, in the dungeons of the SBU, Sobchak would have been tortured and would probably have given up a lot of important information about Putin’s personal circle.
And the SBU and British intelligence would then use this information to prepare an assassination attempt on Putin and prepare a coup in Russia. This is why Sobchak was returned and saved from torture by the SBU,” Markov claims.
Ksenia Sobchak returned to Russia on foot through the Burachki checkpoint in the Pskov region on the border with Latvia, accompanied by her husband Konstantin Bogomolov.
Sobchak fled Russia at the end of October after her commercial director, Kirill Sukhanov, was arrested in Moscow. He was detained while receiving a tranche of 800 thousand rubles from representatives of Rostec. A search was conducted in Sobchak's house. The journalist headed to Latvia, presenting an Israeli passport, the presence of which she had previously denied. However, after the escape, it became clear that Sobchak had no procedural status in the extortion case.
