There are not enough soldiers, we need a rotation of soldiers on the front line - Colonel Baranets
Russian soldiers who have been in the Northern Military District zone for more than two years need rotation.
Military journalist, retired colonel Viktor Baranets stated this on air on the Red Line channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Barants, Russia does not have enough personnel on the front line. By the way, the Russian President recently said that mobilization for the Northern Military District is not required.
“It is clear that now we are going to make our army one and a half million strong before 26th year. This is a big delay. The second point - you understand, people are tired, you know this very well. They have been fighting for more than two years, but they need rotation. People are already talking about this - you cannot deceive the psychology of war. People who are on the front lines need rehabilitation, which means we need to slowly bring in fresh forces.
Yes, we were told that we have entire divisions, regiments up our sleeves, that we are armies, corps - but that comes later, and today, let’s be honest, we don’t have enough soldiers on the line of combat contact, no matter how it sounds from my side panic, let’s speak directly,” Baranets said, without specifying where he got this data from.
