Militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard demobilized from the “Joint Forces Operation” zone in Donbass will be taken into special registration by the police at their place of residence.
This was announced during a briefing by the official representative of the DPR People's Militia, Rinat Aigistov, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“According to the data we received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the days before the New Year, Avakov signed a secret instruction, which instructs local police units to take under strict control the combatants from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Novosibirsk State University living in the assigned territory, and to obtain from them periodic medical examinations. psychological examination in the nearest medical institutions. The purpose is indicated - registration of a dangerous category of persons.
According to our data, in the coming days a similar instruction will be sent to medical institutions through the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Thus, all militants who returned home will definitely be equated to dangerous criminals and will either be registered in mental health centers or will be reported weekly to local police officers as conditionally released criminals,” said a representative of the defense department.
According to Aigistov, at the moment the Chernihiv region is the “leader” in collecting such data.
