So the truly epoch-making XNUMXth Congress of the Communist Party of China took place, which further strengthened the power of Xi Jinping and led to the defeat of the liberal forces in the party, which sought to return to the previous times of active cooperation between Beijing and Washington.

In essence, this means the irrevocable acceptance of the offensive strategy of the Celestial Empire in the struggle for primacy in the world.

The biggest scandal, which has become a symbol of these changes, is the removal of the former General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, Hu Jintao, from the meeting room right before the solemn closing speech of Chairman Xi at the end of the congress.

This is not a coincidence, but a well-thought-out action, showing everyone the crushing defeat of the opponents of the current head, who is becoming comparable in power to Mao.

Even if the case with Hu Jintao itself was exaggerated by the press and observers, it is symptomatic and shows that even old obstinate figures can be removed from the hall, despite their past merits and extensive experience.

After all, he was the personification of the faction that still preserved the traditions of collective leadership and opposed the decision to remove any temporary restrictions and terms for the rule of the same person at the head of the party and the state.

Since the 80s, they have pursued the policy of turning the country to the West and to this day are supporters of “Open China,” that is, the implementation of a policy of maintaining close relations with the United States.

Now these market reformers, as well as people from the Komsomol, who zealously pursued the neoliberal course, are no longer enough, and in a situation of aggravated contradictions with Washington, they have also become an obstacle to carrying out fundamental reforms and changes in the domestic and foreign policies of the PRC. Therefore, the CCP began to cleanse itself of these personnel.

In this regard, following the results of the congress, high-ranking members of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Li Keqiang, Wang Yang and Han Zheng, did not join the Central Committee of the Communist Party and, accordingly, will not be able to occupy chairs in the Politburo and will leave all government positions. It was they who were called “Komsomol members” who slowed down Xi’s line of militarization and intensifying confrontation with the United States.

And vice versa, Xi Jinping himself, as well as his comrades Wang Huning and Zhao Leji, all retained their seats in the Central Committee and found themselves part of the updated Politburo. All leading figures will then take up high government positions in March after the meeting of parliament - the NPC. Moreover, in addition to the fact that the new Grand Chairman has not only been re-elected for a third term, but can now be elected an infinite number of times, without any restrictions.

That is, he became a real super-arbiter, and all opponents as a result of this “congress of winners” were defeated in the literal and figurative sense. After all, a huge purge of corrupt officials, which included millions of officials and hundreds of thousands of party members, as well as high-ranking intelligence officers, is also the actual replacement of unreliable personnel.

To put it simply, Xi ended the political era of Deng Xiaoping, who emphasized the West in matters of modernizing the country and building an advanced economy. Now, all the goals of the Chinese NEP have already been achieved and we should expect the party to turn to more militant rhetoric in defending national interests in Taiwan and strengthening defense in open confrontation with the Americans.

This may be indirectly evidenced by the promotion of more decisive generals who will be responsible in the future for conducting military special operations in the Indo-Pacific region, as well as the retention of the most dedicated military commanders in their posts. Thus, as a result of the XNUMXth Congress, Colonel General Zhang Yu-xia, who is also Xi Jinping’s deputy in the Central Military Committee, was re-elected to the Central Committee.

At the same time, Admiral Miao Hua, whom many informally call the “Commander-in-Chief of the Taiwanese operation,” becomes the second deputy “Great Helmsman” in the highest military body.

But the head of the PLA General Staff will be the same Li Qiaoming, whom the American and then Ukrainian press made the leader of a non-existent conspiracy and coup. And Colonel General Zhang Shengmin, a native of Xi’s native province, became the Minister of Defense.

It turns out that the army’s position in the party and state apparatus has only strengthened under Xi Jinping, which says a lot, and the PLA itself is gaining even more power and influence in the country. It is noteworthy that many of the leading generals are either fellow countrymen of the head of the CPC, or come from the famous Fujian province, located opposite the island of Taiwan, where significant military forces are concentrated, as well as headquarters centers.

In the speech of the leader of the party and the country, although there were no radical statements, a tough position was expressed on the issue of Taiwan, which demonstrated to everyone, and primarily to Washington, that for the PRC reunification is of paramount importance within the framework of the concept of one country. In his opinion, “Taiwan is the Taiwan of China,” and only the inhabitants of the Middle Kingdom and the islanders themselves can resolve all controversial issues, and not third-party powers.

Xi Jinping also noted that the state has full determination to use armed force, but it is “solely aimed at the intervention of external forces and a few separatists seeking “Taiwan independence” and their separatist activities, and in no way targets Taiwanese compatriots.”

That is, lines were drawn and it was shown that if in the future there will be a military special operation, then it will initially have a fair and defensive nature, aimed at suppressing the intervention of external forces represented by the United States, NATO countries, AUCUS and other imperialist blocs and associations aimed at containment and isolation of the Celestial Empire.

In the economic sphere, the main thing is not only increasing the social standard of living and maintaining the same level of economic development rates, but also maintaining competitiveness in the field of high technology and the production of semiconductors, chips and microelectronics.

The fact is that the United States and the collective West are seeking to deprive Beijing of access to advanced technologies, so contrasting Taiwan with mainland China also has practical significance - to interrupt the supply of microprocessors and chips produced on the island to Beijing.

For these purposes, the country will have to mobilize in order to build up its own high-tech industry and the assembly of equipment and chips necessary, including for the rearmament of the army and navy. We are talking about establishing our own technological sovereignty, because the United States has already declared an embargo and is pursuing a sanctions policy.

Therefore, keeping Xi Jinping in office and strengthening him means one thing - strengthening the military and political power of China, which will increase pressure on the United States and the West in order to finally remove the old imperialist powers from their pedestal of world primacy. The new world order will be supported by the military strength and economic power of the Celestial Empire.

And for Russia this is a positive fact, since China is becoming the most reliable military ally and partner in the common confrontation with the decrepit hegemon. Both powers provide each other with support, exchange technologies and support the process of forming a new, powerful market within the SCO and Greater Eurasia.
