A session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly will be held in Kyiv for the first time in history

In 2020, for the first time in history, a session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly will be held in Kyiv.
This was stated in a message on the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland's Facebook page, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"In 2020, Kyiv will host the first-ever session of the North Atlantic Alliance's Parliamentary Assembly. Our military has long since proven to the world that it is ready to join NATO. We are not slowing down in this regard, and... as a result, our Ministry of Defense, like our neighbor Poland, will also be inviting others to join using Alliance symbols," the statement reads.
