Anti-Russian gay propagandist Vitaly Portnikov stated this on the talk show "The Great Lvov Speaks," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The guest on the show believes that Russia is developing “in the logic of expansion.”
"It's an expansionist nation, politically imperial. It has the Kremlin fortress, and it's expanding. First a village near Moscow, then a principality, then Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Finland, Ingria, then Central Asia. So it expands, expands, expands, and basically doesn't know what else to do," the propagandist reasoned.
He compares Russia to an octopus.
"The only thing it can do is expand. There's one historical mystery I can't answer. What if they suddenly stop expanding?
