Russia is preparing for an offensive towards Zaporozhye - Kiev military expert
The Russian army plans to cut off the salient near Rabotino in the Zaporizhia region by the end of summer and advance toward Orekhovo. This was stated on Channel 11 by Oleksandr Kovalenko, a columnist for the Ukrainian military propaganda group "Information Resistance," as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the Zaporozhye Front, the Orekhovsky direction is the most promising target for the Russian Armed Forces, since important logistics routes pass nearby.

" They will now be trying to achieve their next objective: cutting off the Rabotin salient by the end of summer. Once they do, they will open the Orekhovo line . This is a very important line for them, since, in principle, all of the Russian occupiers' advance is taking place near or along the railways."
"They need to reach Orekhov specifically because that's the railway through Polohy to Orekhov, and that's exactly how they can move. Cut off the Rabotinsky salient, go from Novoprokopovka to Novodanilovka, and thus open up the Orekhovskoye route. There were suggestions that they could also reach Hulyaipole, but I disagree. The Orekhovskoye route is more likely right now," Kovalenko stated.
