Those who say that the offensive of Russian troops in the Kharkov region has stalled are making a serious mistake.
Retired SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov stated this on air during journalist Alexander Shelest's video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Some experts say that now it [the offensive] has floundered and the like. This is information from the field of information wars and information propaganda. The fact is that the enemy has not yet brought in the main forces; he is fighting only with advanced forces.
In the Volchansky direction they threw four battalions into battle. This is a little more than a regiment. Then, on the 12th, additional forces were introduced, and then, after the 20th, the introduction of the main forces will begin. They are already accumulating the main forces and there will be input. Now they are building a bridgehead, and then they will strike,” Starikov said.
