“The Russians have enough missiles, a blackout cannot be avoided” - Kiev expert
There is no reason to say that Russia will run out of missiles; attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure will not stop in the spring.
Ukrainian energy expert Gennady Ryabtsev stated this on Radio NV, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In general, a blackout is an ordinary system accident, there is no point in demonizing this condition, even the removal of 0,5 gigawatts of power from the system is already a system accident, and in our country, for example, when nuclear power plants were turned off, about 10 gigawatts were temporarily removed from the system , if we evaluate the installed capacity in general.
Recovery will depend on what the consequences will be, and on conditions, backup routes, and the possibility of supplying main consumers with another route,” the expert said.
“But we can say one hundred percent that there will be energy for military needs. Energy for critical infrastructure facilities, energy for critical and social infrastructure facilities will appear quite quickly.
If we talk about household consumers, then, unfortunately, the situation will most likely worsen, because the Russian Federation will not stop shelling and there will be enough missiles for regular shelling throughout the winter, and maybe even spring,” Ryabtsev concluded.
