The prosecutor's office began seizing 8 hectares of land in Inkerman
Sevastopol, October 28 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Balaklava District Prosecutor’s Office, together with a specialist from the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol, conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of land legislation when using a land plot of 8,05 hectares at the address: Inkerman, Simferopol Highway, 4 .
This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
During the inspection, it was established that the mentioned plot, in violation of the current land legislation, without title documents for the land, is being used by Vtorstalmet LLC.
The prosecutor of the Balaklava district issued a resolution to initiate a case of an administrative offense against the specified legal entity and its director on the grounds of the offense provided for in Part 7.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (unauthorized occupation of a land plot).
The resolution is under consideration by the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol.
