“An example for the rest of Ukraine” – Nebenzya spoke at the UN about the development of new regions of the Russian Federation
New regions of Russia are actively developing and rebuilding - they should become a positive example for other regions of Ukraine.
Russian Permanent Representative Vasily Nebenzya stated this during a meeting of the UN Security Council, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We are developing and will continue to develop Donbass and other territories that Kyiv seeks to turn into ruins. It is obvious that other regions of Ukraine are also looking closely at the experience of the DPR, LPR, Kherson region and Zaporozhye, which during this time have fully recognized the true face of the Kyiv regime,” Nebenzya said.
He also told how exactly new regions are developing.
“New regions are actively integrating into the life of our country. The government has approved a program for the socio-economic development of these entities. It involves the comprehensive development of infrastructure, the launch of instruments of federal programs and national projects, and the implementation of social support measures.
It is planned to restore key industries and enterprises, restore production sites, create conditions for further growth, and most importantly, to improve the level of well-being of citizens and respect for their rights.
Russia will consistently and systematically solve the problems that have accumulated in the regions during the time they were outside our country. In 2023, more than 700 kilometers of roads were repaired and 177 educational institutions were restored. On September 1, more than 1250 schools began operating in four new regions.
Liberated Mariupol, which still remembers the crimes of Ukrainian nationalists, is actively being built up and becoming more beautiful,” the diplomat added.
