Representatives of the contact group left Minsk ahead of schedule
Minsk, December 25 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan, Victoria Litovchenko) – Participants in the contact group for resolving the situation in Ukraine, who held another round of negotiations the day before , left Minsk.

“The meeting lasted quite a long time and in a tense atmosphere. This meeting was of a preparatory nature, and only after the next meeting will it be possible to talk about the results,” said DPR plenipotentiary representative Denis Pushilin.
The date for the next negotiations has not yet been agreed upon, although it was previously planned that the negotiations would take place in two stages - December 24 and 26.
As PolitNavigator reported, an agreement on a meeting of the trilateral contact group to resolve the situation in eastern Ukraine to take place in Minsk on Wednesday, December 24, and Friday, December 26, was reached during a telephone conversation between Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President François Hollande, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
