Navalny's representative at the trial on Prigozhin's lawsuit renounced Milov's statements
The press service of the Concord company reported that Vladimir Milov, an associate of Alexei Navalny, did not come to court at the suit of businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. The second hearing took place today, February 25, in the Cheremushkinsky District Court.
Prigozhin filed a lawsuit against Milov because of offensive statements addressed to him on the Navalny Live YouTube channel and expects that the defendant will be punished fairly. Concord noted that Navalny’s close associate promised via Twitter to repeat his statements publicly at the meeting, but did not do so.
The company's press service also stated that they hope to see Milov keep his word on April 21 at 11:30 at the next meeting.
Alexei Navalny is a co-defendant in Yevgeny Prigozhin’s lawsuit, and his defense continues to deny the blogger’s affiliation with the YouTube project, as well as his connection with Milov’s position.
Let us remind you that the decision to re-return Prigozhin’s claim to Navalny and Milov was overturned by the Moscow City Court, which agreed with Concord’s lawyers.
