"To approve the attached distribution of other inter-budget transfers provided in 2014 from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to provide targeted financial assistance to citizens of Ukraine who have refugee status or have received temporary asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation and are residing in the residential premises of citizens of the Russian Federation," the document states.
Meanwhile, the number of refugees from Ukraine who entered the Russian Federation to escape the war is approaching one million people. Due to the ban imposed by the authorities on obtaining temporary asylum status in the regions of Central Russia, migrants are sent to Siberia and the Far East.
