SBU Colonel: Putin will no longer talk to Zelensky
Russia will not talk to Ukraine until negotiable and authoritative people are appointed from Kyiv.
Retired SBU colonel and military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on the Nash TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Starikov, Russian President Vladimir Putin will no longer agree to communicate with his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky, who has lost more than half of his rating in a year.
“I don’t know who persuaded President Zelensky in December of that year by signing a memorandum in Paris, but they are basing their entire policy on this and now the pressure on Ukraine will continue to increase. This shows that no statements by President Kravchuk that there will be a meeting of the “Normandy Four” in a month, in two, Zelensky says, nothing will happen until the group includes people with whom the Russian Federation will talk.
