According to their information, the picketer laid out a poster against the “bloody regime of Putin” on the steps between the Memorial of the Heroic Defense of Sevastopol (Eternal Flame) and the stairs leading to the Kazarsky monument. The poster was viewed from buses and from the Nakhimov Square stop.
According to eyewitnesses, after 10 minutes the unauthorized picket was interrupted, and the man was taken to the Leninsky department of the police department for identification.
