Kyiv investigative journalists admit that the Maidan revolution did not change anything in the fight against corruption. Leonid Frosevich, deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper Chas Kyivshchyny, said this in an interview with the Den newspaper.

According to him, the authorities after Euromaidan are still not interested in punishing corrupt officials.
“After the victory of Euromaidan, I was sure that some journalistic investigations would come to life, they could be made public again, the authorities would listen and draw the right conclusions. In reality, nothing of the sort happened. The authorities today, as before, are not interested in punishing the guilty. An example - I had to write several articles on military topics: Koncha-Zaspa, address - Stolichnoye Highway, the electronic warfare battalion of the Ministry of Defense was based there - 24 hectares of land, capital structures, storage facilities. Today, such structures in the army, especially taking into account the “eastern front”, are very necessary. And then this battalion. They simply took us out into an open field, somewhere near Vasilkov, to an unprepared site. I became interested - why, who did this? It turned out that the problem is in the land. They brought me out cunningly - through Crimean structures on the basis of dubious documents. In a word, the land was sold and resold. The Revolution of Dignity wins - press coverage, publicity.
