Why Western sanctions did not scare students away from Crimea
Crimean universities produce specialists trained at the highest level, who are able to confirm their qualifications regardless of whether the diploma is recognized by a particular state or not.
This was announced at a press conference in Simferopol by the first vice-rector of the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University, Anzhelika Luchinkina, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“You might think that if I was given a diploma with honors, this means that I am an excellent specialist. As far as I understand, the question is not whether the diploma is valued or not - in any place where I go to get a job - whether I went to Europe with this diploma, whether I went somewhere else, I confirm it.
The question is not a diploma, but a question of intelligence, the quality of knowledge that a given student has received, who has completed the entire course at this university. We are talking about intelligence and quality of knowledge. Intelligence and knowledge are valued all over the world, and not who and when the diploma was issued,” Luchinkina said.
