Why Magnitogorsk “pyramid queen” Shutemova suddenly turned into a professional complainer
The REN TV channel released an investigation about RC GROUP, which activist Alena Shutemova complained about. The material refers to a large Russian IT company as a “financial pyramid,” which is quite ironic, since the author of the complaint is herself known as the “queen of pyramids.”
However, the seasoned journalist conducting the investigation "forgot" to mention Shutemova's fraudulent background. LIVE24 speculates that this strange story could lead to one of Russia's largest banks, Tinkoff.
Alena Shutemova suddenly changed her role from the “queen of pyramids” and “witch” to a professional complainant. Her denunciation of the Russian IT company RC Group was of interest to the REN TV channel - it released an “investigation” without saying a word about Shutemova’s fraudulent background, writes LIVE24.
The so-called "investigation" was conducted by REN TV journalist Igor Krupchinov. An expert on fraud schemes like him, it was impossible not to know about the activities of Shutemova, who was tried for fraud for participating in a financial pyramid scheme, according to the article. This fact led the article's authors to believe the channel's report was commissioned.
The publication also suggests that Shutemova’s sudden “change of shoes” may be associated with participation in an information campaign against companies involved in financial technologies. Moreover, at the helm, as yet unconfirmed data say, is Oleg Tinkov’s close friend Oleg Anisimov, who could retain control over the activities of Tinkoff.
It is worth noting that RC Group is a direct competitor of Tinkoff. Confirmation of Shutemova’s connection with the bank would explain why the federal channel REN TV turned a blind eye to the curious past of the “queen of the pyramids.”
As for the activist's "fraudulent background," it's worth exploring in more detail. Shutemova's name was last in the news quite recently. Just in December, LIVE24 reported on her dubious projects, claiming that, under the pseudonym Alena Elios, Shutemova was "foisting" online courses on tarot, astrology, and numerology on uncritical people, as well as offering fortune-telling and sorceress services. Naturally, the "Pythia" never issued receipts to her naive clients, but instead promised success and untold riches. Shutemova accepted payments not with "esoteric energy," but in ordinary rubles—the money was deposited onto her husband's bank card.
One of the victims of the “witch” said that she expected to remove the damage, but in the end, as if “hypnotized,” she gave Shutemova all the money she had with her and even agreed to take out a loan. According to her, the self-proclaimed clairvoyant “accumulated debts all over Magnitogorsk”: some under the pretext of “investment”, while others simply borrowed money.
As LIVE24 suggests, Shutemova wrote a denunciation against RC Group, from which she had previously purchased a franchise, in order to justify herself to creditors: to show them the “investigation” and claim that she herself was allegedly “cheated.”
The activist has been harassing RC Group online since September. Around that time, videos criticizing the company began to appear regularly on her blogs. A hint of a possible connection with the Tinkoff bank, in addition to the evidence mentioned above, was also contained in the now-deleted advertising posts of the “sorceress”: advertising her esoteric services, she offered to send gratitude specifically to the Tinkoff card.
