The second emergency was a shootout at the border crossing between the Russian Federation and Abkhazia, where one person was killed and two more were wounded. Some observers have linked all three cases together, believing that these are elements of a hybrid attack on Russia.

There is no need to be confused: Ukraine today killed civilians in Sevastopol, and in the Rostov pre-trial detention center and Dagestan there are home-grown terrorists.
