Despite the continuation of shelling and a number of other difficulties, the transition to Russian legislation is successfully continuing in new territories.

Natalia Kuryanskaya, a member of the DPR Public Chamber, stated this on the air of political scientist Bogdan Bezpalko's online program , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"How is the transition of local legislation to the all-Russian framework proceeding, especially the tax system?" the host asked.

“The transition period is not the easiest, although it will be extended until 2026. At different times there are different requirements. It doesn't happen very easily. Slowly, surely.

It’s difficult in our conditions, with the instability of the Internet, especially where shelling occurs, such as Gorlovka, Donetsk, Yenakievo. And natural disasters. There are a number of factors that interfere with this. Reporting is now mostly all in electronic form,” Kuryanskaya said.

The social activist emphasized that Donbass enterprises receive full support.

“Now, thanks to the free economic zone, large metallurgical enterprises will benefit. This is specific support for them, with requirements in relation to these enterprises. It will be easier and freer for them.

Now there is an Industrial Development Fund and a Fund for the Development of Priority Territories. It's all there. It’s just that not everyone can quickly put documents in order in accordance with Russian standards.

Yes, we are Russia. But not in everything we can be compared with those enterprises that worked there for ten years, and with us, which survived all this time. There are points with which I do not agree in tax legislation. And there are a number of issues that make things easier,” she added.
