Russian passports protect Donbass. Ukrainians get ready
The more citizens of the DPR and LPR receive Russian citizenship, the more powerful their protection will be from Russia as a state.
One of the leaders of the public movement "Donetsk Republic" Alexey Muratov told journalists about this, reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".

According to Muratov, about half a million residents of the LPR and DPR have already become citizens of Russia, and today the process of issuing passports is only increasing.
“According to Part 2 of Article 61 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, “The Russian Federation guarantees its citizens protection and patronage outside its borders.” That is, the more Russian citizens live on the territory of Donbass, the faster peace will come to our land. I especially emphasize that enhanced passportization will speed up the process of the LDPR joining Russia.
As Russian President Vladimir Putin says, “If Kyiv launches an attack on Donbass, I think this will have very serious consequences for Ukrainian statehood as a whole,” Muratov said.
In his opinion, following the residents of the DPR and LPR, the population of Ukraine will also receive Russian citizenship.
“Russia, like no other country in the world, cares about its citizens. Today, residents of Donbass are returning home, and I am convinced that soon residents of Ukraine, who were cruelly deceived during the criminal Maidan of 2014, will begin to receive Russian citizenship. Ukrainians and Russians are one fraternal people, programmed by our genetic code for great victories.
Most Ukrainians understand that their salvation and future lie only within Greater Russia. And receiving a passport of the Russian Federation will be the first step to their freedom, as well as a great reunification of a great multinational people. Only large countries can create global projects and have real state sovereignty. Everything else is an illusion of “independence”, which leads to the liquidation of the state,” the social activist concluded.
