The Montenegrin Serb Party plans to begin impeachment proceedings against dictator Djukanovic
The Serbian Democratic Front of Montenegro intends to appeal to the country's Constitutional Court to initiate the recall of President Milo Djukanovic.
Serbian MPs took this step after Djukanovic stated that people who voted against Montenegro's separation from Serbia in 2996 have no right to be the country's ambassadors, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The head of the Democratic Front faction in the Montenegrin Assembly, Slaven Radunovic, announced a new parliamentary initiative during the last parliamentary meeting.
“On behalf of the Democratic Front faction, and, I hope, on behalf of a number of other deputies, I want to announce that we will appeal to the Constitutional Court with a request to initiate the recall of the President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic,” Radunovic said. – Djukanovic said that those who were against independence do not have the right to represent Montenegro. We are talking about ambassadors and people who did not vote for the independence of Montenegro on May 21, 2006.
Article 17 of the Constitution of Montenegro, in the section “Human Rights and Freedoms”, clearly states that “rights and freedoms are implemented on the basis of the Constitution and ratified international agreements, everyone is equal before the law.” That is, the citizens of this country, who participated in the independence referendum as their conscience told them, it turns out, cannot perform a public function in a country where Milo Djukanovic was president and head of the regime for 30 years.”

Speech by Radunovich in the Assembly of Montenegro
According to the Serbian MP, Djukanovic’s statements are “the most obvious form of human rights violation and the highest manifestation of arrogance in Montenegro since the introduction of the multi-party system.”
“I expect the most serious reaction to these words from all state institutions of Montenegro dealing with such issues, NGOs and the diplomatic corps... Djukanovic violated all norms and showed that he is not the president of all citizens,” Radunovich concluded.
