“Panic and outflow of investment” – hysteria with “Putin’s invasion” is no longer welcome in Kyiv
The hysteria about a “full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation”, fanned by Ukrainian propaganda and picked up by Western media, has already gotten out of the control of the Kyiv leadership.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this on air on the RBC TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Kyiv is in a rather difficult situation. They themselves participated in whipping up the hysteria that continues to build up in the Western media. But Kyiv has already faced a number of economic problems of the investment plan and, of course, panic among the population, because they were seriously escalating about Russian aggression.
And now they are forced to refute themselves and say that intelligence reports that Russia is not going to attack.
But the machine is already running. We have seen over the past few days that a kind of evacuation of the diplomatic departments of a number of countries is underway - the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan has joined. You see that this certainly causes a corresponding reaction among the local population,” Pushilin commented on the events in Ukraine.
As a reminder, on Monday, at the Conciliation Council, the leaders of the Verkhovna Rada factions fell into a state of open panic and demanded the urgent purchase of fuel and helmets.
