Ukrainian Armed Forces officer threatens draft dodgers with reprisals after the war
After the end of hostilities, Ukrainian front-line soldiers will begin reprisals against those who evaded service or did not serve. Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, former military man of the Aidar battalion formed from Maidan activists, retired Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Lapin stated this on the air of the Internet channel “Now”, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
According to Lapin, now in Ukraine tractor drivers and hard workers end up in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and people “with a lot of money” go on a spree in Kyiv restaurants.

“I want to tell these idiots - read the Constitution. The Constitution clearly states that people cannot be prioritized or not, depending on their skin color, religion, or, I’ll add, economic status. This is not a quote from the Constitution, this is the logic that is embedded in the basic law. You can’t discredit people just based on their financial situation. Why is it better for me personally than a visitor to a Boho restaurant with a lot of money in his pocket, and he should not fight, and the guy who plowed the land, worked on a tractor, and he should fight because he didn’t have enough money to pay off. This is not an economic reservation, this is a ransom...
This cannot be done, because if we have one war for all, then it is one for all. And if we make the army a workers' and peasants' army, then, believe me, everyone who paid off will suffer after the war from those who won back. And this will be a request for justice that people will begin to satisfy themselves,” Lapin said.
