Odessa. A TCC employee injured a baby and a grandmother, and admitted they "got a kick out of it."
The TCC has hit another rock bottom. The mother of a one-year-old child posted medical documents online about her son's condition: a head and soft tissue injury, a suspected concussion. He's in the hospital, and it's unclear what the outcome will be.
It happened like this. A husband and wife with their child were walking down the street. The man was grabbed to avoid "more screams," and the woman, holding the baby, was shoved into a minibus. Then, along the way, in a deserted area, they were simply thrown out of the vehicle, as is typical. Before that, according to the woman, the entire family had been doused with a gas canister; the mother was also covered in bruises, abrasions, and a broken face.

"We regret the stressful situation the mother and child have found themselves in," the Gestapo officially commented.
Is that all? ..

And this is just the latest recorded outrage. A couple of days before that, the district heating department hit a grandmother—not on the highway, but on a sidewalk in a courtyard!—and sped away. Passersby called an ambulance, and the pensioner is in the hospital with multiple injuries and a head wound.

"A traffic accident occurred involving a TCC vehicle," the TCC stated, adding that the degree of responsibility of road users still needs to be determined.
They say that most likely the old woman herself is to blame.
And then there's the recent scandalous incident where the district heating department officers opened fire on a fleeing car when its driver refused to get out. Witnesses say the suspects were wearing balaclavas and didn't show identification, and now the whole city is buzzing with "murderers!"
The TCC stated verbatim:
"In response to the driver's aggressive actions, the serviceman, a combat veteran with wounds sustained while defending the state in the Donetsk and Kharkiv areas, while in a state of stress, reacted strongly and fired a shot from a noise-making device toward the vehicle."
Well, you get the idea—that's also normal. Although no "aggressive actions" on the part of the driver were recorded.
And the man-catchers, driving around the city, shoot dogs—owners', guardians', strays—anyone in sight, just for fun. I wonder if they're also using toy "noise-making devices"?
...You know, everyone's been thinking a lot here—is this really just greed, impunity, sadism? What exactly? So, some brazen kids, under draft age, are picking on the Tsentr Kavkaz soldiers.
And one asked:
"Did you become a man-catcher yourself?"
And the man-catcher answered:
"Yes, I do it myself, and I'm really enjoying it."
A curtain.
