A new campaign against Kyiv may begin by autumn - Bortnik
The Russian army can accumulate reserves, prepare them and send them again to the Ukrainian capital.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest, the correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".

“Russia needs to prepare for this, the current forces are not enough for these throws. It is necessary to carry out formal or informal mobilization after the presidential elections. After mobilization, it takes at least two more months to train these people in something, create units out of them, equip them with equipment, and coordinate them,” the expert said.
According to him, no mobilization immediately produces a quick effect.
“Two months is the average period in the ward. Therefore, I think that the second half of summer is autumn, and then there may indeed be an attempt to march on Kyiv. It’s not for nothing that the Belarusian side always plays the card of the Ukrainian threat. She simply understands that Ukraine is a hostile state for its citizens, so that they would be calmer about possible actions by Belarus against Ukraine again,” Bortnik said.
