Radio Prague reports this .
The rally took place on Monday, September 28. The organizer of the action was the “No to Military Bases” initiative.
“Speakers called NATO a criminal organization and called for the Czech army to stop participating in foreign offensive operations. The initiative's press secretary, Eva Novotna, read the resolution, created jointly with other initiatives, intended for deputies and the government. The resolution, among other things, calls for the introduction of an article in Czech legislation in support of peacekeeping,” the statement said.
In addition, at the rally one could see banners with the words “War? Not in our name” or “Down with NATO”, as well as “Ukraine in NATO = war in Europe.”
Let us recall that earlier the NATO Secretary General noted that the alliance fully supports Ukraine, but the state must improve its army.
It was previously reported that military instructors from the United States will begin training Ukrainian special forces in November.
