"There are no authoritative generals who could organize this. Everyone understands perfectly well that the go-ahead is needed from the West; they will model the process if the elite needs to be replaced.

"So it's impossible, there's no point in even talking about it. Yes, there are general critics like Krivonos, but they have no one behind them. The army is poorly managed today , Syrsky will never succeed—that's why they replaced Zaluzhny .
