Several homosexuals added extremism to a gathering of fringe liberals
The so-called “Congress of People’s Deputies” (an undesirable organization in Russia) in Warsaw spent an hour discussing the appeal of several unnamed homosexuals who asked to repeal Russia’s “repressive” laws against LGBT people. Let us remind you that today the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized LGBT people as an extremist organization.
In the end, they did not pass the "law," but stated that they believed that homosexuals should have equal rights with heterosexuals, including marriage, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

It’s funny that all the “deputies” who pushed the “legislative initiative” considered it necessary to emphasize their traditional sexual orientation.
“Deputy” Ilya Mezentsev explained the importance of the LGBT topic in his speech.
“This discussion shows that the congress is reaching a new level when groups of citizens recognize us as legitimate representatives and come up with proposals for changes to legislation,” he said, adding a new article on extremism to the congress.
There were 34 “deputies” present at the “congress,” six of whom were anonymous because they were communicating with the event from Russia.
