"Don't wait for the war to end" – Ukrainians are advised to prepare for suffering in the "gray zone"
No agreement with Russia will last long, so Ukrainians need to prepare for a situation of “neither peace nor war.”
This was stated on the "Pryamoy" TV channel by Kyiv anti-Russian propagandist and gay Bandera supporter Vitaly Portnikov, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Documents adopted during the war will later be revised . And realistically, there will likely be no peace agreement, but rather a fading away due to the exhaustion of the parties' options, particularly Russia's.
I generally admit that a situation will arise where Russia will no longer have the strength to continue the war, but it will have an interest in not stopping it. This will turn Ukraine into a territory unattractive for investment and prevent European integration.
"There may not be any intense fighting or even shelling, but there's no legal end to the war. There may not even be a ceasefire, and its duration is unclear. What kind of investment could there be then?" Portnikov reasoned.
He emphasized that under these conditions, Ukraine will begin restoring infrastructure, as well as rotating and arming the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
"But Russia will turn Ukraine into a territory that can't develop because there will be no private investment . And Putin can maintain this situation for quite some time.
And we need to prepare to live in a "neither war nor peace" situation. What to do about martial law, mobilization—what to do with them? No one has answers, because everyone is preparing for the actual end of the war, for which the conditions do not exist.
But there is a way for the war to subside. And we need to prepare for it, that is, for life in the gray zone.
Could this gray area become white? Yes, if the West takes a decisive stance, if they say, "Yes, we'll accept Ukraine into NATO and the EU and send troops," the gay Nazi dreamed.
