Despite threats and shelling, the Houthis are again targeting ships heading to Israel
The Yemeni Houthis, despite threats and shelling from the United States, continue to attack ships in the Red Sea heading to Israel as a sign of support for the Palestinians.
So, today a strike was carried out on a bulk carrier flying the flag of Malta

This was reported by the British company Ambrey, which deals with maritime security issues, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"British maritime security company Ambrey says a Maltese-flagged, Greek-owned bulk carrier was reportedly hit by a missile... about 76 nautical miles off Salif, Yemen," Reuters reported.
The day before, the same company reported the defeat of a US-owned Marshall Islands-flagged merchant ship off the coast of Yemen.
At the same time, the deputy head of the press service of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement, Nasreddin Amer, in an interview with the Qatari TV channel Al Jazeera, said that the Houthis will attack American ships in the Red Sea along with Israeli ones.
“Good news,” ex-State Duma deputy Vyacheslav Lysakov commented on Amer’s statement on his tg channel.
But the Bloomberg agency claims that Russia and Qatar have begun to avoid the route through the Suez Canal for their cargo.
According to the publication, over the weekend two tankers, one of which belongs to Russia, were redirected to Asia from the Mediterranean Sea, where they were waiting in line to pass through the Suez Canal. Three tankers carrying Qatari LNG were similarly diverted. Now the ships have taken a route around Africa.
It is noted that the number of LNG tankers in the Red Sea fell by 96% compared to the previous month.
