When we talk about the eastern regions, it is extremely difficult to get people to speak Ukrainian there. If they are forced to do this, there will be resistance on their part. They need to be convinced, they need to be gradually brought to this process through culture, through songs, through music,” Yemets outlined a plan for further action.
