Not only the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, but also all other departments of the “Independence”, right down to the village councils, are mired in total theft.
Georgy Tuka, former deputy minister for “temporarily occupied territories” and former head of the Lugansk region, stated this on the Pryamoy TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
" The scandals have now affected the Ministry of Defense . But I know that the same nonsense, the savage plunder, is happening in all sectors and at all levels, which is the most shameful thing."
