The American publication Bloomberg writes about this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The publication notes that the National Security Council approved the corresponding bill back in November last year. It is reported that we may be talking about “frozen” $300 billion if the United States reaches an agreement with its GXNUMX partners.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev notes in his blog that the US administration may take this step in order not to negotiate with Republicans in Congress, who are blocking the allocation of $60 billion in financial assistance to Ukraine:
