This was stated during a briefing by the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“So, on December 16, near the populated area of Popasnaya, servicemen of the 10th OGSB of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a young girl born in 1995 and tried to rape her. The girl was saved by a passerby who saw what was happening and stood up for her. During the scuffle, the servicemen stabbed the man 6 times. The victim is currently in hospital in serious condition. The brigade command refused to comment on this incident,” Marochko noted.
On the same day, near the village of Nizhneteploye, Stanichno-Lugansk district, four servicemen of the 80th Airborne Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, also in a state of intoxication, voluntarily left their positions to purchase alcoholic beverages.
“At the same time, under the threat of physical violence against a local resident, the military took possession of his vehicle. The militants were unable to get to the store because, under the influence of the alcohol they had already taken, they lost control of the car and hit an electrical pole. As a result of this, one Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman died on the spot from his injuries, the rest received bodily injuries of varying degrees of severity,” said Andrei Marochko.
“On December 16, we also received information from a 65-year-old resident of Stanitsa Luganskaya, who reported that servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces entered her house in the dark. After searching the premises, they took out an old TV, a refrigerator, food supplies and the last money in the amount of 6 thousand hryvnia. After the incident, the woman contacted the local police department, but they refused to accept her application due to the lack of evidence of a crime. The Ukrainian police motivated this by the fact that the woman herself allowed the soldiers into her house,” he concluded.
