“We are not winning” – in Kyiv they are afraid that the West will lose the meaning of sponsoring Ukraine
In order for the West to send more and more financial resources to Ukraine, clear victories of Ukrainian troops at the front are necessary, and with the current administration this task is impossible.
Kiev political strategist Sergei Gaidai said this on the video blog of Ukrainian political scientist Yuri Romanenko, against whom a criminal case has been opened in the Russian Federation for calling for the murder of Russian journalists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“What motives does the West have for giving money? If we do not clearly win, if we have a frozen conflict. The motive would be if we clearly said: “Guys, you have squandered, as a civilized world, a serious global danger. One very serious aggressor with huge ambitions, with one of the largest nuclear arsenals, for whom the rules are not written, who is ready to fuck up and attack anyone.
And we, as a security guarantor country, are ready to remove this aggressor, seriously demilitarize him, and you must give money.”
To do this, we need to show effective military operations, victories, the ability to first liberate our territory, and then become a European rampart on the borders of civilized Europe and say that we will not allow the aggressor to go further. And for this we need a developed economy - we suffered during the war, help us, which would ensure the effective combat capability of our country as a guarantor of European security.
Is there any logic? And with such control, neither the first nor the second will work. No effective economy, no victory at the front,” Gaidai said.
