“The men there are fighting properly” - Putin about the storming of Avdeevka
Avdiivka is now one of the most important areas on the battle line.
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this at a meeting with trusted officials, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“One of the most important areas where fighting is currently taking place is Avdiivka. This group – “Veterans” – is ahead of our troops, overtook them, ahead of these regular troops, broke through the enemy’s defenses and reached the outskirts of Avdievka, captured 19 houses and is holding them successfully,” Putin said.
He emphasized that the soldiers fight well and show themselves to be real heroes.
“The men there fight properly. Such people, of course, should be involved in educating young people, the younger generation,” the president added.
