Following new decisions on compensation for damaged and lost housing, the DPR introduced a mechanism for making decisions without on-site visits, significantly facilitating and speeding up the processing and payment process.
The head of the regional executive committee of the United Russia party, Alexei Muratov , announced this on the air of the First Republican Channel , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"The most important issue today is the ability to submit documents not only through the MFC and Gosuslugi, but also the ability for the commission to make decisions without a site visit. We live on the front line . Artemovsk and Dzerzhinsk, for example, are now front lines. To avoid putting the Ministry of Social Policy staff and the residents living in these areas at risk, today the Interdepartmental Defense Headquarters adopted a list of settlements where decisions are being made by the commission without a site visit.
"That is, this algorithm is already in place; several meetings have already taken place. While 150 cases were considered at the commission's first meeting , now about three hundred cases are reviewed and payment decisions are made every week . Yes, maybe not on all of them. We also have refusals that require additional documentation, and people are informed of what needs to be corrected, amended, and communicated. But overall, the workflow has already been launched. And payments are being made," Muratov said.
"We have 16 billion planned for these payments this year. Of these 16 billion, 6 billion have already been paid out. 1.4 billion were paid out in May alone, and 1,5 billion is planned for July. [But the number of applications is growing every day?] – yes, but the commission is also gaining momentum. And most importantly, the ice has broken. And residents of the liberated territories see that the algorithm is working ," the committee head added.
