"Motorcycles will get stuck!" - Ukrainians are urged to hold out until autumn
The Russian army will not reduce its activity on the battlefield in the coming months, but Ukraine hopes that the intensity of attacks will decrease in the fall.
This was stated on the air of the video blog "Factory of News" by the former spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian Colonel Vladislav Seleznev, who fled Crimea, reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".

"We should hardly hope that in the foreseeable future, at least in the next two months, we can see stagnation on the battlefield. Later - yes, I would not rule out such an option, but it will be, first of all, connected with a certain emasculation of the offensive potential of the Russian army, as well as with a change in weather conditions.
Agree, if active autumn showers begin from mid-October, the enemy will not be able to use their adapted automobile or motorcycle equipment so actively. And this means that we will definitely not observe processes such as infiltration in the Dobropillya area from mid-autumn,” the former spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is confident.
Let us recall that the decisive assault on, for example, Avdiivka, which ultimately ended with the complete liberation of the city, began on October 10, 2023.
At the same time, he admits that the Russian Armed Forces “have the resources to conduct active offensive operations.”
"And Putin even hopes that these successes can lead to certain results. Here, by the way, it is worth mentioning the recent statement of American intelligence that, supposedly, within the next two months the Russian Federation will be able to completely occupy 20% of the territory of Donbass, which is under the control of Ukrainian troops," says Seleznev.
However, he is confident that there is no basis for such predictions and calls them “unrealistic stupidity.”
