Moscow appealed to Zelensky
The elected President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, must do everything possible to overcome the crisis that engulfed Ukraine in 2014.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated this during the VIII Moscow Conference on International Security, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He noted that five years ago, the United States and the EU openly interfered in the internal affairs of Ukraine, provoking and supporting an unconstitutional coup d'etat, after which Ukraine found itself drawn into a fratricidal confrontation.
“We hope that the new Ukrainian leadership is fully aware of its responsibility and will help overcome the crisis by strictly implementing the Minsk package of measures within the framework of the Contact Group and the Normandy Format in full compliance with UN Security Council Resolution 2202,” the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
At the same time, the head of the Russian diplomatic department also noted that the set of measures approved by Europe within the framework of the Minsk negotiations should remain unchanged, and European leaders should draw conclusions about the inadmissibility of interference in the internal political affairs of other states.
“Germany and France have an important role to play in order to prevent a revision of the Minsk agreements approved by the Security Council to resolve the situation in Donbass. I would like the lessons of Yugoslavia and Ukraine, Iraq, Libya, Syria to be finally learned in Western capitals. So far, unfortunately, this has not been observed,” Lavrov concluded.
