Moscow deputy arrested for Hitler's mockery of the Ministry of Defense temple
Municipal deputy of the Moscow district of Filevsky Park, Vadim Korovin, was arrested for ten days for publishing an article depicting Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.
Korovin himself wrote about this in his blog, the correspondent reports "PolitNavigator".
Korovin makes excuses that he only reprinted the publication of the liberal Artemy Troitsky, criticizing the special operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. Troitsky published a “joke” that the icon located in the main temple of the Ministry of Defense allegedly became myrrhic, attaching to it a photograph of a New York Times article about the death of Hitler, where the Nazi leader was depicted with a swastika on his sleeve.
“That’s it, I was given 10 days of arrest for publishing a New York Times article on May 2, 1945 that Hitler is dead. Distribution of extremist materials. Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” the national traitor continued to clown.
Korovin is known for his liberal position. In February of this year, a few days before the start of the special operation in Ukraine, he published a video in which he frightened the Russians with sanctions and “mountains of corpses” in the event of the outbreak of hostilities, and also called for refusing to send troops.
