Moldova will support the efforts of the international community to resolve the Ukrainian crisis
Chisinau, May 07 (Navigator, Petr Alekseev) – Moldova supports the international community's efforts to overcome the crisis in Ukraine, said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova Natalia Gherman at a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in Vienna.

The minister expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian people. “Moldova supports the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as the importance of implementing the Geneva Declaration of April 17 and organizing free and democratic presidential elections on May 25,” German said, as quoted by Infotag.
She met with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Deshchytsia , with whom she discussed issues raised during the Council of Europe ministerial session, including the situation in Ukraine.
During a discussion with Romanian Foreign Minister Titus Corlățean , Moldova's priorities for European integration were discussed, and at a meeting with Swiss Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter , the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict and his planned visit to Moldova as OSCE Chairman-in-Office were discussed.
Moldova will support the international community's efforts to resolve the Ukrainian crisis.
