“In government-controlled areas, observers recorded the following violations of the withdrawal lines:

– 2 self-propelled howitzers (2S3 “Akatsia”, 152 mm), standing on the plots of houses in a residential area of ​​​​the village of Vidrodzhennia (66 km north-east of Donetsk),

– 3 fixed multiple launch rocket systems (BM-21 “Grad”, 122 mm) on the territory of the facility near the settlement of Topolinoye (19 km northwest of Mariupol);

– 6 fixed anti-tank guns (MT-12 “Rapier”, 100 mm) near the settlement of Novopavlovka (56 km southwest of Donetsk),” the OSCE report says.
