Lukashenko did not name Russia among the “advanced” countries with developed science
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is ready to expand the National Children's Technopark, but he is upset that graduates will leave for other countries.
He announced this at the opening of the park, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The only thing that holds me back is that you work for your country and live on this land. This, of course, worries me, although I understand: you are people of the future, people of science, and science today cannot be confined within the framework of even the largest advanced state. America, there, China, especially Belarus. Science is international,” Lukashenko said.
At the same time, he admitted that the prototype of the Belarusian children's technology park was the Russian educational center "Sirius", through which Russian President Vladimir Putin took Lukashenko as a "tour guide" and ordered to provide support to Belarus.
