This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
In turn, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told RIA Novosti that negotiations are proceeding intensively. “They are moving actively. Better than super,” he said.
At the same time, Russian Ambassador to Belarus Alexander Surikov claims that representatives of the contact group on Ukraine are preparing to submit a draft document on the settlement in Donbass for approval to the leaders of the Normandy Four.
“Now the contact group finishes and hands over the signed and agreed upon document, and then they either approve it or not. Now at the Normandy summit they are discussing possible options for this document,” he said.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier information appeared that a “final document” would be adopted at the negotiations in Minsk between the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany.
